Who is Tony Tejas?
Chef Tony Ingram builds businesses around their effect on the community before the bottom line.

In business for more than twenty years, Tony has a deep appreciation for the people who make it all possible.
He started early: selling homemade popsicles at six, running a lawn service by ten, and interning for the president of Arnoni Aviation. At twenty he was managing a restaurant, and by twenty-four he was general manager of a multi-million-dollar restaurant. Every restaurant he managed grew in sales and profitability, and he developed operating systems that improved efficiency and customer service across the industry, along with designing and running marketing strategies.
After building the Tony's Tejas brand from recipe to branding, he graduated from the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce's Emerging Leaders Program and is a member of the Chamber.
Tony has devoted himself to growing Tony's Tejas Salsa through community outreach and through the Tony's Tejas Profit Share Group, his idea for giving everyday people a way to own part of a private company.
Recycling and protecting the environment are top priorities. He's always looking for more earth-friendly ways to package and distribute his products.
“On a mission to make the world a better place, one cup of salsa at a time.”
